How do I remove a participant from an event if they paid $0?

Steps to process a $0 refund:

  • log in 
  • go into the dashboard
  • select Account/search
  • look up the parent by first, last name or email
  • select view order for the one you want to refund
  • select "refund"
  • make the refund amount $0 
  • make sure the refund online box is not checked
  • special notes will be offered for you to follow based on important factors around the particular registration you are refunding
  • add a note, **it is required 
  • submit

*Processing a $0 refund will remove a participant from their registered event.

**If your organization uses work duty and a shift is associated with this order you will need to manually remove them from the scheduled shift.
