How do I know if I have pending orders

You can monitor pending orders at a glance in the dashboard under

  • Accounts/Statistics

You can generate a pending orders report from the dashboard under

  • Reports Tab
  • Select Report - Pending Registrations


**If you have capacity set on your event at the event or age group level, pending orders that are not completed and cleaned out of a cart will create availability for that event.  You will want to modify your capacity within the event accordingly.
